When shopping at TravelShades you can always change your mind.

You can decide to return any product purchased on within 30 days of receipt of our shipment.


1. Place the glasses in their cases, which must be in as-new condition, in the original packaging and be sure to include the instructions, cleaning cloth and any other items received with the product. If you don’t have the original packaging, make sure the packaging you use is secure and that the contents are not at risk of being damaged during shipping.

Within your return please include your order number which can be found in your confirmation email and/or full name and address so we can identify your order.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure adequate postage is affixed to the parcel.

4. You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s) returned. Refunds normally arrive within 20 business days of receipt.


If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse. Please follow the instructions above for returning the products.
We only accept returns on items purchased from Items purchased from Authorized TravelShades retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

Guarantee policy

TravelShades warrants their eyewear against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship discovered during the period of one year from the date of delivery of the eyewear to you. You must inform TravelShades of the above defects within a period of two months from the date on which you detected them. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty unless you prove the eyewear had such defect at the time of delivery.

The guarantee of conformity with the contract provided by law for goods purchased by consumers shall apply without limitations.

We will be happy to assist you in identifying your TravelShades product and determining the best course of action for your warranty/repair claim.

If the eyewear is returned and TravelShades finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the eyewear will be repaired or replaced and returned to the sender, and expenses incurred for the shipping to TravelShades will be refunded to you. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship, repair charges may apply. In this event, we will notify you of the additional charges by email or letter. In this case, you may decide whether to accept the repair of the eyewear and agree to pay the notified charges or to receive back the eyewear from TravelShades in the same condition as it was when it was received by TravelShades.

Our liability to you

Nothing in this Guarantee Policy shall be deemed to exclude or limit the liability of TravelShades for (a) death or personal injury caused by the negligence of TravelShades; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
